ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about March 7,1950, by the Virginia Syrup & Candy 
Corp., from Roanoke, Va.
Maple," the design of a maple leaf, and the statement "Made From Cane And 
Maple Sugars," appearing on the label, were false and misleading as applied to 
an article which contained no, or an inconsequential amount of, maple sugar 
or maple sirup.
