ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 1,1950, by Robbins Ranch, from Belvidere, Kans. PRODUCT: 1,600 bushels of hard winter wheat at Kansas City, Mo. Examina- tion showed that 77 percent of the bottom fourth of the railroad car in which the product was shipped consisted of sour wheat. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article was unfit for food by reason of the presence of sour wheat. DISPOSITION : July 13, 1950. Robbins Ranch, claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency. The product was converted into animal feed.
