NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (1), a valuable constituent, vitamin A, had been in part omitted and abstracted from the article. Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statements "400 USP Vitamin A Units Per Gram" and "400 USP Units of Vitamin A Per Gram" were false and misleading since the article contained less than 400 U.
