ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about July 14,1950, by L. A. Dunagan Co., from Los Angeles, Calif. PRODUCT: 39 cases, each containing 10 5-pound boxes, of frozen shrimp at Denver, Colo, whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of de- composed shrimp. Misbranding, Sections 403 (e) (1) and (2), the product failed to bear a label containing the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or dis- tributor, and an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents; and, Sec- tion 403 (i) (1), the label failed to bear the common or usual name of the product. DISPOSITION: August 7, 1950. L. A. Dunagan Co., Glendale, Calif., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was en- tered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for the purpose of converting the product into fish bait, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
