NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label designation "Fancy Buttons Mushrooms" was false and misleading as applied to an article that was not fancy because of excessive blemished units. DISPOSITION: August 18, 1950. The Delaware Mushroom Cooperative Assn., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for relabeling, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
