LABEL IN PART: "Tropic Gold Brand Pineapple Chunks [or "Sliced Pine- apple"] In Extra Heavy Syrup." NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label designation "In Extra Heavy Syrup" was false and misleading as applied to an article which was packed in light sirup.
