(3), the product, consisted in whole or in part of a,decomposed substance by reason of its haying been manu- factured from decomposed and moldy cream. DISPOSITION: October 12, 1950. The court . ordered that the product, be sold to the highest bidder, conditioned.that the product be denatured by the purchaser in the presence of the United States marshal, so that it could not be used as food.
