Y., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for segregation of the fit from the unfit portion and denaturing of the unfit por- tion, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. 250 cans of eggs were seized, and of these, 219 cans were found to be good; the remain- ing 31 cans were denatured.
