ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about May 5, 1950, from New Prague, Minn. PRODUCT: 182 bags of flour at Cincinnati, Ohio. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substanee by reason of the presence of insects and insect parts. The product was adulterated while held for sale after ship- ment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : November 8, 1950. J. W. Jaeger Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be denatured, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration, and used in the manufacture of liquid starch.
