ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about January 29, 1951, by the Cottonwood Dairy Products, from Cottonwood, Idaho. PRODUCT: 37 cartons, each containing 68 pounds, of butter at Seattle, Wash. LABEL IN PART : "Butter 68 Lbs. Net Cottonwood Dairy Products, Cottonwood, Idaho." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product containing less than 80 percent by weight of milk fat had been substituted for butter. DISPOSITION : February 7, 1951. The Cottonwood Dairy Products, claimant, having admitted the allegations contained in the libel, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for rechurning, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
