ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about December 29, 1950, from Stuttgart, Ark.
PRODUCT: 16 100-pound bags and 75 25-pound bags of rice at Orangeburg, 
S. C, in possession of the Mutual Wholesale Co.
LABEL IN PART: (Bag) "231 Rice Milled & Packed by The Arkansas Rice 
Growers Co-operative Assn.   Stuttgart, Ark."
sisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence 
of rodent urine; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been held under insani- 
tary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with,filth. The 
product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate 
commerce. 
DISPOSITION: April 13, 1951. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion.
