LABEL IN PART: "Drew's Pure Extract Vanilla Absolutely Pure." added extractive matter from sources other than vanilla had been substituted in whole or in part for vanilla extract. Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statements "Pure Extract Vanilla Absolutely Pure" were false and misleading since the product contained added extractive matter from sources other than vanilla.
