ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about September 7, 1947, by Leon's Produce, from
Colby, Kans. 
PRODUCT:   3   10-gallon cans of cream at Denver, Colo. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:    Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect
fragments and decomposed animal material. 
DISPOSITION :    September 17,  1947.    The consignee having consented to the
entry of a decree, the court ordered that the product be destroyed.
