had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become 
contaminated with filth.
The information alleged also (count 2) that the defendant had shipped 
in interstate commerce a quantity of extract-of Glycyrrhiza which was adul- 
terated under the provisions of the law applicable to drugs, as reported in 
notices of judgment on drugs and devices.
DISPOSITION : July 11, 1951. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court 
imposed a fine of $250 on count 1. (The defendant was placed on probation 
for 2 years with respect to count 2.) -
