PRODUCT: 5 cases, each containing 24 1-pound cans of butter, and 297 8-ounce > cans of egg powder, at Baltimore, Md. product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hair fragments and wood splinters. Misbranding (butter), Section 403 (e) (2), the product was a food in pack- age form and failed to bear a label containing an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents.
