decomposed poultry; Section 402 (b) (2), water had been substituted in part 
for the article; and, Section 402 (b) (4), water had been added to the article 
so as to increase its bulk or weight.
DISPOSITION : July 10, 1951. Default decree of condemnation. The court 
ordered that samples be delivered to the Food and Drug Administration and 
that the remainder be destroyed.
