NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the macaroni, soup mix:, navy beans, toasted wheat germ, muffin mix, waffle mix, yellow split peas, and black turtle beans consisted in whole or in part of filthy substances- by reason of the presence therein of insects, and the lemon juice, potatoes,, peanuts, bouillon cubes, olive butter, soup mixture, and Kream-Whip con- sisted in whole or in part of decomposed substances by reason of progressive- decomposition.
