DISPOSITION: July 11, 1§51. Default decree of condemnation. The court ordered that samples of the product he delivered to the Food and Drug Admini- stration ; that the fit portion of the remainder be segregated and delivered to charitable institutions; and that the unfit portion be destroyed.
