ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about April 24, 1951, from Minneapolis, Minn. PRODUCT: 140 100-pound bags of flour at Cincinnati, Ohio. in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and rodent hairs. The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION: August 24, 1951. The Russell-Miller Milling Co., Minneapolis, Minn., claimant, having admitted the truth of the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for denaturing and conversion into foundry molds, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
