PRODUCT:   4   50-pound cartons of pecans at Marshfield, Wis. 
LABEL IN PART:    "Stuart   Amber Halves." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product was unfit
for food by reason of the presence of rancid nuts. 
DISPOSITION :    September 29,1951.   Default decree of condemnation.   The court 
-   ordered that the product be destroyed or disposed of for some purpose other
than for human consumption.   The product was denatured and fed to hogs.
