ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 6 and 30, 1950, from the State of Iowa into the State of New York. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted ? in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of dressed turkeys that were contaminated with fecal matter; Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth; and, Section 402 (a) (5), the article was in part the product of a diseased animal because of the presence of diseased turkeys. DISPOSITION : June 20, 1951, pleas of guilty having been entered, the court fined the corporation $150, plus costs, and the individual defendant $10.
