ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about'August 17 and 19, 1951, from Bari, Italy. 
PRODUCT:   302 bags, each containing 49 kilograms, of dried fava beans at New
York, N. Y. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the article consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. 
DISPOSITION :   December 14,1951.   Default decrees of condemnation.   The court
ordered that the product be delivered to a Federal institution, for use as hog
feed.
