Chicago, Ill.
LABEL IN PART: "Wildcat Lake Blueberries Max E. Booth Marcellus, 
Michigan" or "Huckleberries    *    *    *   A. R. Franz   Dowagiac, Michigan."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance. (Examination showed that the 
product was infested with maggots.)
DISPOSITION: November 30, 1951. Default decree of condemnation and 
destruction.
