PRODUCT: 3 30-pound cases of shelled pecans and 13 50-pound bags of flour at Des Moines, Iowa, in possession of Institutional Wholesale Groceries, Inc. NATURE OF CHARGE: Shelled peKans. Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of moldy peKans. Flour. Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent urine; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. Both products were adulterated while held for sale after shipment in inter- state commerce. ordered that the products be delivered to a charitable institution, for use as animal feed.
