ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about August 23, 1951, by Louis Furth, Inc., from
New York, N. Y. 
PRODUCT:   4   109-pound bags of caraway seed at St. Paul, Minn. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the article consisted in
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and
rodent excreta. 
DISPOSITION :    November 23, 1951.   A default decree was entered directing that
the product be destroyed unless denatured for use as animal feed.
