NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed fish; and, Section 402 (e), the product contained a coal-rear color other than one from a batch that had been certified in accordance with ' regulations. DISPOSITION: January 22, 1952. Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
