The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : October 29, 1951. The Sunshine Specialty Products Co., claim- ant, having consented to the entry of decrees, judgments of condemnation were entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for fumigation, reconditioning, and reprocessing under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. A total of 7,163.5 pounds of clean rice was salvaged.
