NATURE OF CHARGE : Misbranding, Section 403 (e) (2), the article was in package form and failed to bear a label containing an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents. The cans contained less than the declared weight of 7 pounds. DISPOSITION :' December 5,1951. The Toelin Bros. Mercantile Co., Denver, Colo., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered arid the court ordered that the product be released under bond, conditioned that it be relabeled under the supervision of a representative of the Federal Security Administrator.
