Units * * * Nico- tinamide 30 mg." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, 402 (b) (1), valuable constituents, vitamins A, Bi, and D, and nicotinamide, had been in whole or in part omitted or ab- stracted. P. Units * * * Nicotinamide 30 mg." were false and misleading as applied to a product which contained less than the declared amounts of vitamins A, Bi, and D, and nicotinamide. DISPOSITION : March 13, 1952. The Chase Chemical Co., Newark, N. J., claim- ant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for reprocessing under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
