PRODUCT:   28 cartons each containing 24   1%-ounce candy bars at Butte, Mont. 
LABEL, IN PART :   "Watkins Candy Chicken Bar."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (d), the product was confec- 
tionery and contained a nonnutritive substance, mineral oil.
DISPOSITION : January 17, 1952. Default decree of condemnation. The court 
ordered that the product be delivered to a State institution, for use as animal 
feed.
