ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about August 23, 1951, by T. A. Dumetz and W. H. 
Sumner, from Hartford, Mich.
PRODUCT: 28 cases, each containing 16 1-quart boxes, of blueberries at Chicago, 
111.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance. Examination disclosed that the 
product contained maggots.
DISPOSITION : December 28, 1951. Default decree of condemnation and 
destruction.
