NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the statement on the label 
"Contents 15% Oz." was false and misleading as applied to the article, the 
average net weight of which was less than 15% ounces.
DISPOSITION : March 14, 1952. Default decree of condemnation. The court or- 
dered that the product be delivered to charitable institutions.
