LABEL IN PART : (Can) "Gschwindt Extrait de tomatoes * * * Hungarian Tomato Paste." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of decomposed tomato material. DISPOSITION : April 4, 1952. Default decree of condemnation. The court ordered that the product be delivered to a public institution, with the provision that the intact cans of the product be used for animal feed and that the ruptured or otherwise unfit cans be destroyed.
