ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about October 1 and 30 and November 5, 1951, from Rayne, La. PRODUCT: 218 cases, each containing 48 1-pound packages, of rice at "Woodville, Miss. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. The article was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : March 13, 1952. Default decree of condemnation. The court ordered that the product be delivered to a charitable institution, conditioned ' that it be denatured for use other than for human consumption.
