ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about August 8, 1951, from the State of Illinois into the State of Indiana. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the articles consisted in whole or in part of filthy substances by reason of the presence of insect fragments, insects, rodent hairs, cat hairs, and maggots; and, Section 402 (a) (4), the articles had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby they may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION: April 18, 1952. Pleas of guilty having been entered, the court imposed a fine of §600, plus costs, against the defendants jointly.
