ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about May 29, 1951, by the Orleans Poultry Co., from Owensboro, Ky. PRODUCT: 1,000 cans, each containing 30 pounds, of frozen eggs at New York, N. Y. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed eggs. ant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond for segregation and denaturing of the unfit portion, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency. The segregation operations resulted in the denatur- ing of 137 cans of the product as unfit.
