LABEL IN PART : "Christmas Mix 30 Lbs." and "Milligan Leader Christmas Mix Packed For G. D. Milligan Wholesale Grocer Company." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hair; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : May 20, 1952. Pleas of guilty having been entered, the court fined Orville M. Griffin $1,000 and Tom E. McAdams $50.
