Misbranding, Section 403  (a), the label statement "Sorghum" was false 
and misleading as applied to a mixture of sorghum, corn sirup, and sugar.
DISPOSITION: May 16, 1952. Default decree of condemnation. The court or- 
dered that the product be donated to a charitable institution, for consumption 
by the inmates.
