NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the product consisted
in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect parts and
by reason of the use of filthy cream in its preparation.
DISPOSITION : June 19, 1952. The defendant having entered a plea of guilty, 
the court imposed a fine of $250.
