NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a mixture of sorghum and corn sirup had been substituted for sorghum molasses. Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statement "Sorghum Molasses" was false and misleading. DISPOSITION : April 24, 1952. The A. Switzer Grocery, claimant, having ad- mitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and * the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be relabeled, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
