NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the label statement "Pro- 
tein Minimum . . . 10.0%" was false and misleading since the article 
contained less than 10 percent of protein.
DISPOSITION : June 26, 1952. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court 
placed the defendant on probation for 1 year.
