ALLEGED SHIPMENT : Between the approximate dates of November 1, 1951, and March 19,1952, from Great Falls, Mont, and New Prague, Minn. PRODUCT: Flour. 42 50-pound bags and 32 35-pound bags at Brookings, S. Dak., in the possession of the I X L Grocery. in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent urine; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been held under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. The product was adul- terated while held for sale after shipment in interstate commerce. DISPOSITION : June 11, 1952. The I X L Grocery, Brookings, S. Dak., having appeared as claimant and admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be sold for use as animal feed.
