ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 8, 1952, by the Wann Packing Co., from Frankton, Ind. PRODUCT: 1,425 eases, each containing 12 cans, of tomato juice at Hopkins, Minn. LABEL IN PART: "Koy Boy Indiana Tomato Juice Contents 1 Qt. 14 Pl. Oz." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed tomato material. DISPOSITION : August 25, 1952. A default decree of condemnation was entered, and the court ordered that the product be denatured for use as animal feed or be destroyed. POULTRY
