ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about June 9, 1952, by the Marshall Poultry Co., from Chicago, Ill. PRODUCT: 8 boxes of turkeys, each box containing 4 frozen turkeys, at Cincin- nati, Ohio. LABEL IN PART : "Arlington Processed Drawn Young Tom Turkeys." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product containing added water had been substituted in whole or in part for frozen turkeys; and, Section 402 (b) (4), water had been added to the product or mixed or packed with it so as to increase its bulk or weight or reduce its quality or strength. DISPOSITION : August 11, 1952. Default decree of condemnation. The court ordered that the product be delivered to the State hospital. (3 boxes con- taining approximately 264 pounds of turkeys were seized.)
