ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about May 8, 1952, from Salina, Kans. PRODUCT: 20 50-pound bags of flour at Davenport, Iowa. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects. The product was adulterated while held for sale after shipment in interstate com- merce. DISPOSITION: October 31, 1952. Default decree of forfeiture. The court or- dered that the product be delivered to a public institution, for use as animal feed.
