PRODUCT: 944 cases, each containing 12 1-quart, 14-fluid-ounce cans, of tomato juice at Kansas City, Mo. LABEL IN PART : "Taste Tells Brand Tomato Juice." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION: November 10, 1952. A default decree of condemnation was en- tered and the court ordered that the product be delivered to the Municipal Farm, for use as hog feed.
