Misbranding, Section 403  (a), the label statement "Contains * * * 20%
Olive Oil" was false and misleading as applied to the article, which contained
little, if any, olive oil. 
DISPOSITION:   July 25, 1952.    Default decree of condemnation.    The court
ordered that the product be delivered to a charitable institution, for use by
the institution and not for sale.
