at Kansas City, Mo.
LABEL, IN PART:    (Can) "Taste Tells Brand   Tomato J*uice."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
DISPOSITION : January 30, 1953. Default decree of condemnation and destruc- 
tion. On February 3, 1953, the court amended the decree to provide that the 
product be delivered to a municipal institution, for use as hog feed.
