Freezer, from Brunswick, Ga.
PRODUCT: 25 cases, each containing 12 3-pound packages, of frozen breaded 
fantail shrimp at Washington, D. O.
LABEL IN PART:    (Package)   "Georgia   Golden  Shore   Individually  Frozen
Breaded Fantail Shrimp." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of
decomposed shrimp. 
DISPOSITION :   November 12,1952.   Default decree of condemnation.   The court
ordered that the product be delivered to the National Zoological Park.
