ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about May 20 and 21,1952, from the State of Kansas 
into the State of Oklahoma.
LABEL, IN PART:   "Meadow Lane   Pasteurized   Creamed   Cottage Cheese."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (b) (2), a product containing 
less than 4 percent of milk fat had been substituted for creamed cottage 
cheese.
Misbranding, Section 403 (g) (1), the product failed to conform to the 
definition and standard of identity for creamed cottage cheese since it con- 
tained less than 4 percent of milk fat.
DISPOSITION: February 27, 1953. Pleas of nolo contendere having been en- 
tered, the court fined each defendant $100 and costs.
